Empirical, replicable research published by ICAR, the International Community for Alien Research, confirms that a hyperdimensional civilization consisting of amphibian reptilian hybrids and Gray cybernetic clones, have reportedly abducted approximately 1 billion out of the current estimated human population of 6,783,421,727 as of May 31, 2009 or approximately 14.7 percent of the present world population. These 1 billion human abductees, according to the replicable empirical research, – have had their consciousness and and/or their physical bodies taken by a quantum, hyperdimensional process, and returned to their original location (and in some cases original time) with erased memories of the abduction. Memories of the hyperdimensional abduction retrieved through hypnotic regression and similar techniques reveal consistent patterns during the abductions, related to a covert agenda toward the human species by this hyperdimensional species. One earlier study in the 2002 Roper Poll concluded that 2% of the U.S. population (now estimated at 306,587,601 on June 4, 2009) – had been abducted, or approximately 6.1 million persons by current figures.

As the abduction research data conflicts with the conventional paradigm of human reality, it is filtered out and denied, even by major researchers in the field of extraterrestrial studies. WHAT IS AN EMPATH AND ARE YOU ONE?

Being able to truly feel and express all of your feelings and have empathy and compassion (living from your heart chakra) to authentically feel the pain, sorrow, hurt, loneliness, grief, fear, anger and heartbreak of others is one of the hallmarks of being a “Higher Consciousness” Soul. The ability to deeply feel for yourself and others is being an Empath. These individuals are also called “Indigos” (see attached article about Adult Indigos).

Empaths and Indigos are “Old Souls” that came onto the Earth plane with great wisdom, love, courage, strength, a fierce dedication to being in TRUTH and having special psychic talents and abilities.

They are inspired to serving the greater good of humanity and feel a deep commitment to serve God/Goddess/Spirit’s Divine Will to help this planet to heal, grow, evolve and liberate it from the dark (the dark has misused power both here on the Earth dimension and multi-dimensionally).

These Higher Souls could also have been subjected to great pain and suffering. They most likely have been very abused as children by their family and *”the dark”.

* “The Dark”

You will read often where I refer to “the dark”. To better understand what I mean when I say “the dark”, here is my definition:

Definition: The dark is anything (whether in the body or an energetic manifestation) that violates your sovereignty by harming you (mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, sexually, energetically and Karmically – by hooking into your Soul, physical and spirit bodies multi-dimensionally) in any way that is against your free will and highest good as determined by your Soul and The Cosmic Divine Source which is The Cosmic Christ Vibration.

These dark beings can be people who actively practice the dark arts, spells of dark magic, entities, ghosts, poltergeists, psychic and sexual vampires, dark angels, demons, extra terrestrials that abduct (remember a higher being WOULD NEVER ABDUCT YOU OR HURT YOU), mind control your consciousness through physical and energetic implants, experiment and torture you in any form.

The dark has brain washed the masses at an unconscious level to believe that we can’t heal. Our mistakes can’t be forgiven. Our Karma can’t be balanced. We are doomed. We can’t come home to reclaim and reconnect to our own Soul & Cosmic Divine Source – God/Goddess/Spirit, The Cosmic Christ Vibration.

The dark lies. They lie to keep us enslaved. BUT! We can break our chains and come home to the Eternal Truth!

“The dark” can show up in your life in the following ways:

Addictions to or obsessions with alcohol, drugs, sex, food, work, TV/movies, internet, pornography, etc., anything that takes you away from being your “true Soul Self”. An example would be fixating on a movie star or sports figure/team. Ask yourself: “How much time do I spend each day thinking about __________?” (you fill in the blank)

Beliefs, emotions, thought patterns and behaviors that are self destructive, self sabotaging and self denying. Dark contracts and dark programs that are made (as a child, teenager or adult) through manipulation, torture and brain washing that you do not remember will need to be consciously REFUSED AND BROKEN by using The Cosmic Christ Vibration, the Cosmic Violet Flame and Cosmic Sword of Blue Flame to cut cords and break the dark connections (you are taught how to do this in our healing sessions).
Unresolved wounds or traumas related to abuse in any form (mental, physical, emotional, karmic, spiritual, sexual or energetic) as a child, teenager or adult. The dark is attracted to, hooks into and feeds off the destructive electromagnetic energy that an individual generates when they are abused, wounded or traumatized in some form. The dark feeds off the intense fear, despair, pain, rage, hate, deep suffering and horror that is energetically created in traumatic events (from both the victim and the perpetrator). Until the wounds are healed and the dark is “exorcised out”, the dark is hooked into your physical body, chakras and auric field (multi-dimensionally – past, present and future lifetimes) and feeding off of your Soul!

The dark really goes after Higher Souls because it wants to interfere with their ability to accomplish their missions and destinies here on Earth. The dark wants to hook in and feed off the greater power and life force energy that they each have.

The dark energetically hooks into these Souls and possesses them unless they have been heavily shielded coming onto the Earth plane and throughout their life.

Most people do not know how to

shield and protect themselves multi-dimensionally.

So, it is very important for Souls that are Empaths and Indigos to be in a powerful multi-dimensional Shamanic Soul Retrieval and Reconnection to Divine Source healing process. They also need to learn how to be permanently shielded, heal their childhood wounds as well as any and all interferences/possession by the dark whether as a child, teenager or adult.

Because of being wounded and traumatized as children and being “so sensitive” to their own suffering and that of those around them, many of these Souls bury and numb out all of their feelings. This ”numbing out” is accomplished through alcohol and drug abuse, sex addictions, eating disorders, being workaholics, excessive TV, video and movie consumption, being depressed and taking anti-depressants, or just being numbed out and not feeling anything. The end result is that these Higher Souls can be very emotionally suppressed, unawakened and unaware of who they really are and why they are here.

Are you an Empath and an Indigo?

What is Empathy? It is the psychic ability to not only read energy, but to literally feel and “pick up the emotional energies of others” within their own physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. In other words, “to energetically and emotionally empathize with the feelings of another”. However, it is more than just being able to empathize and feel what someone else is feeling. In many cases if the individual is an “Unconscious, Unshielded and Untrained Empath” they are literally “picking up and taking on” the unresolved wounds, traumas, pain, suffering, anger, hurt, fear, shame and even “bad karma” of another. This is a form of energetic possession.

It is mandatory and essential for

protection, spiritual growth and development, health and well being for everyone to be shielded – especially the deeply sensitive Empath.

The “Unshielded Empaths” that are going through this unconscious empathy for others find they constantly need to withdraw from people (be alone) as a coping mechanism for feeling overwhelmed by this emotional toxicity that for the most part isn’t even their own! Many “Unshielded Empaths” live a solitary and isolated life needing to stay away from large groups of people as a form of survival. Many of these “Unshielded Empaths” are also unconscious about their empathic abilities.

When a person is said to be an “Unconscious Empath”, it simply means that they have not been taught how to use this particular psychic ability and that they are a walking “Psychic Energy Sponge”. This is a person who is “picking-up energy from others unintentionally”. Until they learn how to effectively use their abilities they will usually suffer on the spiritual, emotional, mental and even physical levels. They have the ability to literally sense and absorb other people’s symptoms and problems. Hence, the need to withdraw and isolate themselves from people! This is why it is so important for “Unconscious Empaths” to work with someone who can teach them how to use their empathic abilities, shield and protect themselves as well as heal their unresolved wounds.

“Unconscious Empaths” almost always carry their auric field pushed out too far from their physical body. When they keep their auric field (aura) away from their body, it loses its ability to protect them. Instead of protecting them, it begins to act like a problem solving magnet that draws everyone else’s problems into their auric field and therefore into their conscious (and/or unconscious), feeling awareness. They will begin to work on the effects of other people’s problems and think that they are healing and balancing their own personal issues. It is extremely destructive to walk around like this as well as exhausting and debilitating. Basically, you are possessed.

How can you know who you truly are as a Soul if you are literally being other people and feeling their feelings – you can’t!

An example of an “Unconscious Empath” would be the following: An individual is feeling great while sitting in a dental, medical or any health provider waiting room. A person walks in and sits next to them. This person begins a lopsided conversation with them in which they describe in graphic detail all of their current problems. Their issues are very depressing, traumatic and painful. This conversation is very emotionally vivid in the “Unconscious Empaths” imagination. They begin to empathize with the person emotionally. The next thing you know, the nurse is calling the other person in for their exam and now they are stuck sitting in the waiting area with a heavy heart and feeling emotionally and energetically drained and depressed. They have just picked up the emotional baggage of another. The person who dumped and projected all their unresolved problems onto the other now feels better while the “Unconscious Empath” feels awful!

When a Soul enters the Earth Plane for their physical incarnation they carry with them a complicated assortment of life lessons that they have chosen to work on in this lifetime. The “Unconscious Empath” feels it is their duty in life to ease the burden of their fellow man/woman by “lightening their load” and removing as much of this emotional baggage as possible. Sometimes they are unaware that they are assisting others in this way and sometimes they do it knowingly.

While this all sounds like the “Unconscious Empath” is providing a great humanitarian act the opposite of that is really happening. This so called “baggage” is actually not what it appears to be. The “baggage” we bring with us into our incarnation is actually the important learning opportunities and life lessons that as a Soul we chose to experience as a catalyst to help us grow and evolve as that Soul.

Have you ever experienced in your own life that when you thought you were lightening someone else’s load by “helping them”, that instead of them being appreciative they got angry? What you have unintentionally done is take the other person’s learning opportunity that they created away from them. Now they have to re-create the experience for themselves and that takes additional effort on their part. They are now subconsciously aware that you have interfered with them at a Soul level and have caused them extra work. You maybe feeling upset because, “how dare they get angry with me when I did all this for them”? You think to yourself, “I was just trying to help”.

There is yet another disturbing side effect of this situation. You now not only feel frustrated, angry and unappreciated, you are also stuck with working on their unresolved wounds, traumas, toxic emotions, problems and karma that you took on in addition to your own. Yuck!

You can not do the work for other people. You can not heal or change them. Only they can do that for themselves. It would be similar to going on a diet so that your friend could lose weight. The only exception to this rule is when they as a Soul choose to work with a Healer, Shaman or Therapist to face, feel, heal and release their emotional baggage. This is of integrity and considered to be the sacred healing path for anyone who needs help and assistance from a qualified healing professional. The important consideration in terms of selecting an individual who provides healing services is that they are energetically clean, highly skilled, of integrity, they maintain appropriate mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and sexual boundaries and are serving in this capacity through Divine Will for the highest good of the client!

Once you have finished a learning experience and life lesson, it is completed. You do not need to repeat it again and you can move onto the next one until you are finally free. It’s sort of like finishing First Grade, moving onto Second Grade and eventually you are in College and then graduate. You wouldn’t go back and re-do First Grade ever again because that information has already been integrated into the framework of your basic knowledge, growth, education and evolution.

“What about all of the recurring things that seem to keep happening in my life”, you ask? These are lessons that have not yet been fully completed. These life lessons do indeed repeat until they are resolved, rectified and the learning has been permanently integrated at a Soul level and successfully accomplished. It is a process that you can undertake consciously. When one functions as a “Conscious Empath”, they are able to not only heal themselves they are also able to help others heal in a balanced and sacred way.

Being able to be grounded in your physical body and anchored to the Earth Mother plays a huge role in becoming a “Conscious Empath”. “Unconscious Empaths” tend to be very ungrounded people. It is not only understanding the boundaries of your own auric field (knowing where you energetically end and someone else begins) that determines whether you can function effectively in the world. It is also being grounded and able to release other people’s emotional baggage from your auric field.

Grounding chords serve several purposes. A grounding chord is a subtle tube of energy which normally extends from your first chakra (root – energy center) at the base of your spine going down into the center of the Earth. This serves to ground you and operates as a cosmic toilet to release foreign energies from your physical body, chakras and auric field.

Having healthy and loving energetic spiritual boundaries for yourself and with others is also extremely important. Energetic spiritual boundaries are where you establish a very real and tangible energetic space (of who you are in relationship to others) around your physical body, chakras and auric field. Shielding the totality of all that you are as your physical body, chakras and auric field is what provides you with these appropriate boundaries, a sense of protection, power and a connection to your essential Soul Self. “Unconscious Empaths” tend to invade the energetic and emotional space of others so learning how to have healthy and appropriate energetic spiritual boundaries is vital.

In a loving communication there is no competition between the two parties. They express themselves with empathy, compassion and respect for the other person. They do not interrupt each other, nor do they continue speaking about matters that are obviously emotionally cruel and unkind for the other person. They do not meddle in the affairs of others. They ask for permission before offering any assistance to others and only after it is given do they proceed. There is a balance of giving and receiving that is naturally established. They both feel good about themselves and each other. This opens the door to creating harmonious and balanced relationships within ourselves and with others.

In conclusion, I hope this provides you, the reader, with a road map to evaluate whether you are an Empath or not. If you are an Empath, I hope this information has educated you about your “special abilities”, the challenges and learning opportunities to be achieved. I also trust this helps you to open your heart and Soul to embrace the Divine Blessings of being able to feel that are inherent for the Sacred Empath that you are!

Yes, You can be an adult Indigo. They did not JUST start coming in now, the numbers have just been increasing more and more until there are so many we finally can not ignore them. Yeay!!! Are you an adult Indigo?

I believe Adult Indigos have these characteristics:

Are intelligent (though did not necessarily have top grades).
Are very creative and enjoy making things.
Always need to know WHY (especially why they are being asked to do something).
Had disgust and perhaps loathing for the inanity of much of the required work in school, the repetition.
Were rebellious in school, refusing to do homework, rejecting authority of teachers OR seriously wanted to rebel, but didn’t DARE, usually due to parental pressure.
May have experienced early existential depression and feelings of helplessness. These may have ranged from sadness to utter despair. Suicidal feelings while still in high school or younger are not uncommon in the Indigo Adult.
Have difficulty in service-oriented jobs – resistance to authority and caste system of employment.
Prefer cooperative efforts or leadership position or solo if expertise is valued.
Have deep empathy for others, yet an intolerance of stupidity.
Extremely emotionally sensitive including crying at the drop of a hat (no shielding) – to no expression of emotion (full shielding).
May have trouble with RAGE.
Have trouble with most systems (either emotionally, mentally, or physically)- political, educational, medical, law.
Alienation from politics – feeling your voice won’t count and that the outcome really doesn’t matter anyway.
Frustration with or rejection of the traditional American dream – 9-5 career, marriage, 2.5 children, house with white picket fence, etc.
Anger at rights being taken away, fear and/or fury at “Big Brother watching you.”
They feel a need like a burning desire to do something to change and improve the world. May be stymied what to do.
Have psychic or spiritual interest fairly young – in or before teen years.
Had few if any Indigo role models.
Have strong intuition.
Random behavior pattern or mind style – (symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder), may have trouble focusing on a task unless of OWN choosing, may jump around in conversations.
Have had psychic experiences, such as premonitions, seeing angels or ghosts, hearing voices.
Sexually expressive and inventive OR may reject sexuality in boredom. May explore alternate types of sexuality.
Seek meaning to their life and understanding about the world. May seek this through religion, spiritual groups and books, self-help groups or books, or individually.
If they find balance they may become very strong, healthy, happy lightworkers.

Dearest Spiritual Sisters & Brothers,

As we hold in our hearts and send our prayers out to all the people of Japan, I invite you to watch a powerful video titled “2012 – The Revolution Has Begun”. This video addresses what is happening worldwide, including major earthquakes like the one that occurred in Japan on March 11, 2011.

It reminds us that our civilization as we know it will disappear and give rise to a new era. Further, it poses the question: Can personal transformation lead to planetary transformation?

The only critical choice is whether I choose love or fear…but how do I do that?

You can’t just “choose love”. If it were that simple wouldn’t we have already achieved personal and planetary transformation? The video focuses on meditation and going deep within yourself. That is an essential element of transformation – to be able to listen for answers. But, what is your meditation about? How do you have your meditation be most effective?

People have been saying for years that we are “spiritual beings having a human experience”.

Isn’t a primary aspect of being spiritual, as well as human, to feel?

The conscious and unconscious feelings and thoughts that you are putting out 24/7 are creating your internal reality, physical reality and affecting the global reality! Many of you are consciously sending out love and that is wonderful!

However, when you have deep unresolved emotional wounds, issues and traumas (as most people do – even if you don’t think you do) you are sending out (and could be “acting out”) great pain, anger, hate, FEAR, despair, suffering and struggle! Isn’t that the reality that many people in the world live in (maybe even including yourself)?

In my 30 years as an Emotional Energetic Healer and Cosmic Shaman, I have found that the only way to truly “Be In Love” instead of “Fear” is by having the courage and commitment to feel, heal and release in healthy, balanced ways your unresolved wounds. By individually accomplishing this within ourselves, we truly can create “Heaven On Earth”!

The BURIED TREASURE of True Healing is….

Inner Child Healing, Reunion and Bonding

No matter what your age, we all have buried within us a beautiful child. This child part of you yearns and hungers for you to remember and reclaim them. This child part of yourself holds all your secrets. The buried treasure of lost talents, abilities and powers that may have been suppressed due to how you were raised as a child. This child is the “gold of your Soul”. S/he is the lifeline of full reconnection to your Cosmic Source (Spirit, Goddess/God) that originally birthed you as a Soul and the full TRUTH of who you really are as that Soul, (s/he remembers, because it wasn’t that long ago that they were on the “other side” before physical incarnation).

Your inner child also holds all your unresolved wounds, repressed memories and feelings related to any “original pain” from childhood buried in your unconscious (“your shadow”). This is the stuff you don’t want to look at, feel and remember. However, until your issues are faced, felt, integrated, healed and released you are stuck in patterns of conscious or unconscious “acting out” that can be very harmful to you, others and your life.

If you truly want to heal, then cultivate a permanent on-going relationship with your inner child, for they are the KEY that unlocks all your doors to wholeness and Oneness.

If as a child you experienced trauma and heartbreak from being abused in any form (mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, karmically and sexually) by your parents or “care givers”, large parts of your true Self/Soul can leave your body. This is an instinctual form of Self/Soul preservation. As a survival mechanism, the child part of you may have disconnected from the pain by “splitting”. Splitting is when you separate your consciousness from your body, or you literally leave your body so you don’t feel what is being done to you. In extreme situations, these pieces of your wounded child/Soul may have separated (and are no longer connected to you) and need to be Soul Retrieved and reclaimed in additional healing sessions with Magi to make you whole. If this has occurred for you, then you have very deep heart break and a very wounded little girl or little boy inside of you!

A crucial part of your healing process with your inner child is to provide essential “self parenting”. As a child, if you were abused, neglected, ignored, isolated, etc., then you probably weren’t parented in healthy, loving ways. This leaves a VERY BIG HOLE in your Self/Soul development. Learning how to provide nurturing and supportive healthy re-parenting to yourself and your inner child is how you begin the journey to healing and wholeness. It is also how you can begin the process of providing yourself with the “happy childhood” you didn’t receive growing up and giving it to yourself here and now! (This post provides book resources at the end of it for you to gain the crucial information and skills you require to achieve this).

Also, many of you may have grown up in households and in environments where you were not able to be loved for who you truly are as a Soul. You may have had to conform and suppress many things about your true Self/Soul to fit into an accepted model of what others wanted you to be. You may have been punished and rejected for speaking, thinking, feeling and behaving as your true Soul Self. As a child, you may have demonstrated special powers, talents and abilities (i.e., being psychic and reading your parents “private thoughts/secrets that no one else knows” and then telling them!) that frightened, intimidated and may have been seen as “evil” by your parents, family members and those in your immediate environment (school, church).

: “Am I Really That Bad?”

The heartbreak and toxic shame of feeling and believing, “that being who I truly am as a Soul is bad”, I am unlovable for who I am and I must be someone else to be accepted and loved”, are deep unresolved wounds that need to be healed. Your inner child not only holds unresolved wounds that need healing but also remembers how to play, love, laugh, trust, live in the moment, believe in the best happening – magic and miracles. When the wounds of you both are healed and integrated, your true Soul essence can shine forth and life becomes “Heaven on Earth” instead of something to suffer and struggle through.

Would you like to both heal and come home?

Then begin the magical journey of reclaiming & bonding yourself to your inner child.

The steps are as follows:

Step One – Accept and admit that you do believe that you have an inner child!

Step Two – Find some pictures of yourself as a child and really look at them. Remember what it was like to be so little, vulnerable, dependent, needing and wanting to be loved. Acknowledge how incredibly cute, beautiful, handsome, smart, special, adorable, funny you were! Look at the expression on your face, your body language, how you are dressed, what you are doing in the photos, etc. Do you look happy, sad, angry, lonely, etc., and why?

Put a couple of your favorite photos into special, fancy picture frames that really honor that little girl or little boy. Create an inner child altar with candles, crystals, stones, sea shells, statues/pictures of Goddess/God/Spirit to love and protect you and your inner child, your photos, toys, books, etc., anything that has significance to you as a child! Make it beautiful, magical, fun, healing and very sacred. Your inner child will so appreciate you for doing this for them. This aids in bringing your inner child to life for you as the adult, making them a real, breathing being that is truly part of you. This also assists your child in sharing her/his thoughts and feelings with you, learning to trust you and for both of you to get to know each other.

Step Three – Speak out loud to your little girl or boy in the picture(s) and tell them hello.

Tell them you want to get to know them and tell them you are sorry that it has taken such a long time for you to remember them.

Most of all tell them that you love them and you want to bring them home. Begin to feel a heart connection from you as the adult to your inner child.

If you can, speak to your child every day and keep reinforcing to them that you will not abandon and betray them as others have. That you now make a permanent commitment and promise to communicate, share and develop a loving, trusting relationship with them by communicating as often as possible! For example, you might begin by scheduling only 5 minutes a day to check in with them. As your relationship develops, be open to expanding the time you spend together to longer than 5 minutes a day. As the adult, be patient and flexible with yourself at the beginning of this process and forgive yourself if you are unable to talk with your inner child daily. Tell them what’s going on in your adult life and let them know you are sorry if you miss a day. Please know your inner child will be “testing” you to see if you will keep your promises. The more you as the adult come through for them (especially when others didn’t) your child will begin to trust and love you very deeply. This begins the powerful healing for both of you of the deep wounds of broken trust and broken hearts as you keep being there for your little girl or little boy. This is a magical alchemy between yourself and your inner child that generates astounding, positive life changing results.

Ask them how they feel. Listen intuitively for answers from them. You will feel and sense some kind of a response. This process takes time and patience, your inner child may be afraid and angry with you for neglecting them for so long. Talk to them about how they feel about you. The more you honor their feelings and thoughts without judgment, criticism or punishment and only communicate and send them unconditional love, compassion and understanding they will open up, start speaking to you and begin to trust you.

Once some love and trust has been built, take your child toy shopping. Let them pick out any toy (within $ reason) that speaks to their heart. Many children tend to pick out a cuddly, soft stuffed toy that can be hugged. Children tend to pick out this kind of toy, may be because when you hold this snuggly toy, you are really hugging them! Many inner children love it if you give the toy a special place of honor (on an altar, the bed or a special book shelf) and if you so chose, they especially appreciate it if you sleep with the toy and snuggle with them symbolically by hugging your stuffed toy. You can also talk to the toy as if it is your inner child by telling them how special they are and how much you love them. Many of you may not have been cuddled, touched with integrity and spoken to gently (especially at night) so sleeping with your toy could be a BIG DEAL AND A VERY SPECIAL FORM OF HEALING for your little girl or little boy. ASK THEM!

Step Four – Once you have established a loving and trusting connection with your inner child, you can now begin to go deeper with them by asking specific questions related to unresolved wounds, repressed memories and feelings. The goal is to bring to the surface “the secrets” regarding painful things that happened to you as a child that need to be healed. By asking your inner child specific, targeted questions that illicit insightful responses the two of you can start putting the pieces together. A great technique to access your unconscious through your inner child is to do RIGHT AND LEFT HAND WRITING.

Start by creating a list of questions you want to ask your inner child. Some suggestions would be:

1. Did anything “bad” happen to you growing up? If so, what happened?

2. Did someone hurt you? If so, who was it?

3. What did they do to you and how did it make you feel?

4. Did you feel safe in your home? Why?

5. What good things happened growing up?

6. As I am the adult re-parenting you, what can I provide for you to help you to heal, make you happy, feel safe with me and feel my love for you?

7. What fun things would you like to do with me (adult) that would be special for you (inner child)?

8. What was your relationship like with Dad/Caregiver?

9. What was your relationship like with Mom/Caregiver?

10. What was missing in your relationship with Dad/Caregiver?

11. What was missing in your relationship with Mom/Caregiver?

12. What was wonderful about your relationship with Dad/Caregiver?

13. What was wonderful about your relationship with Mom/Caregiver?

14. Do you want to create a partnership with me (adult) to heal our wounds together?

15. Will you work with me (adult) to do this?

16. How will you (inner child) work with me to do this?

Once you have your questions figured out, then gently and lovingly talk to your inner child and tell them you want to ask them some questions. Get their support and their willingness to answer your questions. Help them to feel safe about this process. Tell them they won’t be judged, criticized or punished for what they tell you. Some of you as children may have been severely threatened or abused in various ways to never reveal the “family secrets” of how you were harmed. So, you will need to help your inner child feel safe to share his/her “secrets” with you. Give them permission as the adult to do this. Tell them that it is a very courageous thing for them to do and how proud you are of them! By bringing up “the secret hurts and wounds” you both can heal together.

The RIGHT AND LEFT HAND technique is done by:

1. writing the question out with your dominant hand,

2. asking the question out loud to your inner child and

3. then putting the pencil in your opposite hand, to intuitively write out the response from your inner child. When you switch hands you automatically access your unconscious which in essence is your inner child.

This is an amazing process that produces astounding insights. I did this technique with my “little girl” and wrote out the question with my dominant right hand asking her, “What does love mean to you”? Her answer blew me away, when I switched hands and intuitively heard her response in my head and wrote down, “Love is being in prison”! I had absolutely no idea that this child part of myself was so wounded and in despair about love.

Once you get answers from your inner child, it may bring up many emotions for you both to release. To go deeper in your healing process, you both can express those feelings by crying, hitting a pillow to release your rage, yelling, drawing pictures of your feelings, etc. Giving this wounded child part of yourself a voice for maybe the first time in your life is huge! It opens so many doors of honestly feeling, healing, integrating and releasing what happened.

I highly recommend hitting a pillow with your inner child to release childhood woundings and repressed emotions that have been deeply buried. Your conversations with your child will bring up painful memories and feelings of being harmed and hurt by parents and/or caregivers. It will be very important to release these intense repressed feelings (for both of you) of rage, fear, frustration, grief, shame, being numbed out/paralyzed in healthy balanced ways. I have found that one of the most effective ways to do healthy release work is by hitting a pillow.

This powerful physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and karmic releasing by hitting a pillow insures that you begin breaking the pattern of turning all your unresolved toxic emotions onto yourself. Stuffing emotions is extremely destructive causing physical illness, depression, self hate, low self esteem, fears and phobias, unhealthy behavior patterns and much, much more. Hitting a pillow begins to unfreeze your feelings, so you and your child in a very safe way can get mad, yell, cry, feel your fear, shame, pain, grief and hurt. I have found that when people can express their anger, they can then get to the more difficult feelings of fear, grief, pain and heartbreak.

When you and your child can get mad together you are saying to the abuser(s),“What you did to me is not OK and I didn’t deserve to be treated that way”!

You are standing up for yourselves and taking your power back! You are also reinforcing to your child that you believe them in terms of the memories and feelings they have had the courage to share with you.

Give your child a big hug and kiss for being able to do this, it is HUGE!

I recommend taking your inner child shopping to pick out a big pillow and a plastic bat to use for your rage (and other emotions) release work. Your child will love being a part of this and enjoy picking out a “special” pillow and bat. This pillow is never used for anything but release work (don’t sleep with it, etc.), when not in use put it and the bat in the closet. The bat is also only used for hitting your pillow, do not hit yourself or anyone or anything else with it! These are sacred healing tools, respect and honor them, yourself and all others.

This handout is a guide to improve inner communication with your inner child to assist in authentically feeling, raising your self esteem and creating real reunion and wholeness with this sacred part of yourself. Use these techniques regularly and you will be amazed at the results. They work!

To All World Religious and Spiritual Leaders

My Relatives,

Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their Leaders. I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the Spirit of your Nations in prayer.

We, from the heart of Turtle Island, have a great message for the World; we are guided to speak from all the White Animals showing their sacred color, which have been signs for us to pray for the sacred life of all things. As I am sending this message to you, many Animal Nations are being threatened, those that swim, those that crawl, those that fly, and the plant Nations, eventually all will be affect from the oil disaster in the Gulf.

The dangers we are faced with at this time are not of spirit. The catastrophe that has happened with the oil spill which looks like the bleeding of Grandmother Earth, is made by human mistakes, mistakes that we cannot afford to continue to make.

I asked, as Spiritual Leaders, that we join together, united in prayer with the whole of our Global Communities. My concern is these serious issues will continue to worsen, as a domino effect that our Ancestors have warned us of in their Prophecies. I know in my heart there are millions of people that feel our united prayers for the sake of our Grandmother Earth are long overdue. I believe we as Spiritual people must gather ourselves and focus our thoughts and prayers to allow the healing of the many wounds that have been inflicted on the Earth. As we honor the Cycle of Life, let us call for Prayer circles globally to assist in healing Grandmother Earth (our Unc’I Maka).

We ask for prayers that the oil spill, this bleeding, will stop. That the winds stay calm to assist in the work. Pray for the people to be guided in repairing this mistake, and that we may also seek to live in harmony, as we make the choice to change the destructive path we are on.

As we pray, we will fully understand that we are all connected. And that what we create can have lasting effects on all life. So let us unite spiritually, All Nations, All Faiths, One Prayer. Along with this immediate effort, I also ask to please remember June 21st, World Peace and Prayer Day/Honoring Sacred Sites day. Whether it is a natural site, a temple, a church, a synagogue or just your own sacred space, let us make a prayer for all life, for good decision making by our Nations, for our children’s future and well-being, and the generations to come.

MY MESSAGE OF HOPE

I am 7 or 8 years old, it is very late at night and everyone is asleep. I am wide awake, terrified and trembling. “Oh no, they are coming to get me again”. I look out my bedroom window and see a huge alien ship hovering across the street above the neighbor’s homes. Lights of red and blue flash and spin around, the noise is deafening. I ask myself, “Why doesn’t anyone else hear and see this, the ship is the size of 20 houses. Oh God, I am all alone and there is no one to help me”! (1959-1960)

“I have dedicated my life to creating, feeling, intuiting, exploring, refining and developing a comprehensive healing methodology by working on my own wounds and traumas.

No matter what the media says,

being abducted by aliens is not a good thing!

No one aligned to the the Cosmic Universal laws of Sovereignty, Love, Truth & Oneness (Cosmic Mother/Father Goddess/God – Divine Spirit – the Cosmic Christ Vibration) would ever abduct, harm, interfere or do anything against your free will! Remember, a Higher Being would never abduct you or hurt you. This is true whether it’s an extra terrestrial or a being from this planet – a physical being or an unseen energetic manifestation.

Some of us consciously chose to be abducted by taking on this misuse of power as part of our serving a higher purpose here on the Earth plane and those interferences that occur multi-dimensionally. We did this to help balance the pain, suffering, abuse and torture of:

being experimented on,
mind control enslavement through physical and energetic implants (inserted into various locations in the physical body, chakras and auric field),
manipulation of consciousness and
Soul possession caused by alien abduction.

I am one of these individuals that chose to serve in this way.

By going through the alien abduction abuses we take this dark energy through our Souls along with the Cosmic Divine Source of all that is – the Cosmic Christ Vibration – and together we transmute, integrate, harmonize and balance this “dark” energy back into Oneness. Karmic judgment and justice is also manifested through the energetic connection and the Cosmic Divine Will of Divine Spirit (the Cosmic Christ Vibration) is done. These dark beings are karmically judged, punished and obliterated depending upon the severity of their atrocities, misuses of power and karmic debt. If they are truly judged by Divine Spirit as nonredeemable they are completely obliterated as a Soul (if they even have a Soul). Many of these dark beings are Soul less, having lost their Souls through their continual misuses of power. If they are obliterated, they no longer exist in any form multi-dimensionally.

We chose to serve in these ways to raise the vibration of Planet Earth and take it back into Cosmic Oneness, Truth, Love, Wisdom – Cosmic Consciousness.

Those of us who chose to serve in this way also did this to raise the vibration, the consciousness and to awaken mass humanity into how they may be being interfered with by alien abduction. I believe that all Souls are energetically connected and when anyone faces, feels and heals their alien abduction wounds (or wounds of any kind) it helps others to telepathically “get the Truth” and do the same. This might happen to these other Souls by them having an intuitive experience of “knowing and feeling” that they are being harmed and abducted by negative/dark extra terrestrials. These individuals might find themselves searching the internet, libraries and book stores for resource materials about alien abduction. They might begin to have breakthrough memories in dreams and flashbacks of bits and pieces of “something scary and somebody harming them” who doesn’t appear to be human! They may also begin looking for someone who can help them to heal from this trauma and to take their power back.

This Is What Happened to Me

I consciously lowered the vibration of my Soul to come into physical Earth embodiment. Many Souls like myself who chose to serve do this. We lower our vibration to take on the atrocities of the dark. If we were in the true, full power of who we are as a Cosmic Soul presence, the dark couldn’t touch us. We make ourselves vulnerable by lowering our vibration to take on the misuses of power by the dark to begin a divine process with the Cosmic Divine Source (Goddess/God/Spirit) of all that is – the Cosmic Christ Vibration to balance these energies back into Oneness.

I remember the interferences by these dark extra terrestrials beginning as my Soul was coming onto the Earth plane into the fertilized embryo of what was to be my physical Earth incarnation. As my Soul descended into the lower vibrational frequencies of the physical Earth dimension I was energetically attacked.

Because I was vulnerable these dark extra terrestrials energetically hooked into my chakras, auric field and even into my forming DNA. Energetic implants were placed in my chakras and auric field. I was telepathically mind controlled by being shown horrible pictures (that I believed and felt were really happening to me) of my being tortured and abused. These traumas programed my Soul and consciousness to have beliefs, emotions, thought patterns and behaviors that were self sabotaging and destructive. My DNA was genetically engineered to hold and contain all this dark programing throughout my entire cellular structure.

The trauma was so terrifying and painful that I willingly made dark contracts (under duress) to stop the torture. A dark contract is created when we make a formal, binding agreement through our Soul with “the dark”. These contracts can be made willingly or by the individual being tortured to do so. An example for me was my making a dark contract to give them my power. I was in so much pain, suffering, agony and terror that I would agree to do ANYTHING they wanted me to so that the pain would stop. The dark extra terrestrials also manipulate our consciousness so that we forget that we made these dark contracts. So, at an unconscious level we are bound to the dark until we awaken and remember what was done to us and then consciously break the dark contracts and programs.

To disengage from these dark contracts and to take your power back from the dark extra terrestrials, you need to consciously cut the energetic cords of connection to them by using the Cosmic Sword of Blue Flame. Using this tool properly breaks the dark contract making it null and void. It is important to also consciously refuse the dark lies and dark programming by cutting cords to each one and by burning up all this dark energy with the Cosmic Violet Flame. These dark contracts create negative beliefs/programming that become imbedded into our subconscious such as, “I don’t want my power and I give it to the dark aliens”, “there is no God”, “I am all alone”, “I have no power”, “the dark aliens have all the power and I have none so they can do whatever they want to me”, “I am doomed and I am their slave”, etc.

Under torture I made dark contracts to program my Soul and consciousness to be and do the following:

To give them my power
Make myself less than I really am as a Soul
Believe that these dark extra terrestrials have infinite power and God has none and neither do I
THERE IS NO GOD, no help and I am all alone
I am a helpless, hopeless, powerless and an impoverished slave of these dark extra terrestrials
They can do whatever they want to me at any time and I can’t stop them

These torments continued while I was growing as an embryo. Once I was physically born, I began to experience physical abduction as well as energetic and telepathic assaults targeting the implants in my physical body, chakras and aura. Physical implants (actual pieces of hardware) were placed in my brain, central nervous system, optic nerve in both eyes, both ovaries, hands, feet, ears, teeth, nose and heart.

My physical abduction experience of being taken aboard dark alien space crafts and to alien bases began as an infant and continued until around age 30. By that time I had healed and learned a great deal from the Cosmic Divine Source of us all – the Cosmic Christ Vibration (God/Goddess/Spirit).

I was taught how to use the Cosmic Christ Vibration to multi-dimensionally neutralize all my implants both energetic and physical and to sever the energetic & Soul cords of connection to the dark aliens, so I was never implanted or abducted again.

Even as a young child I was very telepathic, psychic and intuitive. I always knew when the dark aliens were coming to get me. It was horrible to know that. I have so many memories of cringing and crying in some room of my home knowing they were on their way and there was nothing I could do to stop them from taking me. I would hear them in my head telling me to lie down and go to sleep. I would be paralyzed and unable to move any part of my body. They would then take me out of the house through walls or the roof and while this was happening I couldn’t breath. One of my most vivid memories is having the air sucked out of my lungs on the way up to the ship. I never told anyone that I was living with about my experiences because I was scared and mind controlled not to.

Like so many others who have been abducted I remember lying naked on cold metal tables with a stretchy gray or white material over me. I remember the dark aliens looking like “the greys” (that are splashed all over the media) with gray skin, big eyes, head but with small, thin bodies. They smelled terrible, like rotten meat. I also saw dark aliens that looked very “insect like” with segmented eyes and a praying mantis type body. These beings were very tall and slender. The third type of dark alien that abducted me was reptilian in appearance. They looked like big lizards or dragons. They were huge and some had very large pointed teeth. I was terrified that they would tear my body to shreds and eat me. I have also seen and felt the “reptilians” as having a human appearance at times (but they were NOT human). They either have the ability to shape shift their appearance and/or they are able to mind control the population to have us all seeing them as human. All of these dark aliens scared the heck out of me.

The following is a general list of the types of tortures and abuse that I experienced while on dark alien spacecraft and at alien bases:

Eggs were removed from my ovaries. The dark aliens would then implant the fertilized egg (combining my human DNA with alien DNA) back into my body for a couple of months for growth and development. After that time period, in another abduction, the 2-3 month unborn fetus would be removed and gestation completed in their laboratories. At the time all this was happening I vividly remember my desperate feelings of horror of wanting to get “this thing” out of my body. Of course, I didn’t know or understand what it was I wanted to get out of my body, because I didn’t know what was happening to me until years later. This created very intense feelings of powerlessness, vulnerability, terror, worry that I was insane, loneliness and despair.
Drugged and experimented on. Tissue samples were taken. Toxic substances were injected into my body to see what my reaction would be. Probes and needles were inserted into my brain and spinal column to manipulate and alter my normal brain and central nervous system functions. Alien DNA was injected into my body on numerous occasions to see how it would effect me.
Very violent sexual attacks, especially by the reptilians. I was raped on numerous occasions and physically tortured and beaten. I believe much of this was done to break my spirit, my will, my heart, mind and body to “their” will. They did everything they could to make me their slave (mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually). I was constantly being told that I had no power or protection and that they could do whatever they wanted to me and I couldn’t stop them. I physically died in many of these tortures and was brought back to life and with all of my wounds healed by the use of very advanced alien technology. This was a common form of torture experience for me where they would kill me and bring me back to life with my physical body completely healed. The message being that they had complete power over my life or death. They were god. They were always taunting me with “Where is your God” and “If your God has infinite power, why doesn’t your God save you”?
Physical implants were placed (actual pieces of “hardware”) in my brain, central nervous system, optic nerve in both eyes, both ovaries, hands, feet, ears, teeth, nose and heart. Energetic implants were placed in my auric field and all 13 of the charkras (not just the 7 everyone is familiar with) in my physical body as well as my multi-dimensional chakras above my head and below my feet.
I was subjected to very traumatic “scenarios” to create beliefs, emotions, thought patterns and behaviors that would be very self sabotaging and destructive. Tortures included sleep, water, food and sensory deprivation, sexual assaults, electroshock, burials and confinement (locked in small boxes, coffins for extended periods of time). I was drugged and mind controlled during these experiences with telepathic messages of; “I am stupid”, “I am worthless”, “I have no purpose in the world and nobody wants what I have to offer”, “I am evil, greedy, selfish”, “ I have no power”, “The dark aliens can do whatever they want to me and I can’t stop them”, “I am in hell and can’t escape”.
I was especially tortured about who I am as a Soul and serving a higher purpose for God/Goddess/Spirit – the Cosmic Christ Vibration – especially in terms of taking on the misuses of power by “the dark” in its infinite faces and forms. I was mind controlled to see and feel very intense telepathic images in my head of being fully reconnected to my Soul and Divine Source. I experienced the infinite bliss, pure Oneness with my Soul and God/Goddess/Spirit, peace, love, joy, power, incredible talents and abilities, happiness, complete fulfillment – thriving in every way, unlimited prosperity and abundance – being spiritually home. Then they would take these images and feelings of Oneness to my Soul and Divine Source away. The pain and heartbreak of this loss was devastating. They would take me through this particular torture scenario hundreds of thousands of times. I was so deeply wounded and traumatized by this “dangling the carrot” scenario of full reconnection that it created a very ingrained program (mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually) of hating and repelling reconnection to my Soul and to Divine Source. I preferred separation to my Soul and Divine Source because it was better than going through the devastation of losing what I wanted more than anything else over and over again and again. It was easier to be in a general state of separation and misery than have the full-blown multi-dimensional ecstasy of complete Oneness and have it taken away! It just hurt too much. (However, I always maintained a portion of reconnection to my Soul and Divine Source that I never lost.)

The dark program that was created was,

“being in separation is good

and being in Oneness is bad”.

It has taken me many years to figure out how to successfully heal these insidious and horrible dark programs that were so imbedded in my subconscious. I believe this has happened to millions of Souls here on Earth.

I also experienced mind control “end of the world” scenarios, intensely seeing and feeling telepathic images of the world being destroyed by tidal waves, earthquakes, fires, volcanoes, wars, plagues, hurricanes, excessive drought conditions with everything and everyone dead.
Some of the most horrific tortures that I experienced were the ones associated with money, sex and time. I was forced into prostitution where there were several men that I had to have sex with. I was told that I had to make $50,000 in 5 minutes by soliciting myself for sex or I would be killed, tortured, raped or beaten. Of course, none of these men paid me that amount in such a short period of time, so I failed. I would be beaten and raped and screamed at that, “You can’t create and receive money”, “You don’t have enough time to create the money you need to pay bills, buy groceries, pay rent so the worst will happen”, “You always run out of time, there isn’t enough time”, “It takes you forever to create the smallest amount of money”, “It is impossible for you to create large sums of money, millions or hundreds of thousands of dollars.”, “Only men can create lots of money, women can’t”, “You have no money”, “You can’t create all the money you need to provide for yourself and your life”, “You can’t thrive financially and professionally”, “You can’t manage your money”, “Money is evil and you hate it”, and “Money is not spiritual”. This was all done to create tremendous subconscious programing to be self sabotaging and self destructive as it applies to money, sex, time, work and being a woman. It took me years to unravel all of this and create internal and external healthy and empowered ways of being.

These insidious dark energies (whether in the body or energetic) have been, and still today, interfering multi-dimensionally with all of the Earth’s inhabitants in some form. The dark in many different forms including extra terrestrials, interfere multi-dimensionally and are physically here on the Earth plane as “human appearing”. They mind control, brain wash and possess the “general population” (those that are less integrated and in a great deal of separation, unaware of a “bigger picture”, very wounded, unshielded and don’t believe “the dark” exists). Some of the ways this “possession” is done is through:

subliminal and distorted sound frequencies on TV, video, movies, the Internet, radio, MP3’s, CD’s, etc.
Lies are propagated through printed material in newspapers, books and magazines
the toxicity in the food, air and water
pharmaceuticals both prescription and over the counter
the contaminates in cigarettes that make smoking so addictive .

The dark controls you by spreading its disease of keeping you in fear and separation from your Soul and Divine Source, in misery and suffering, dominated, enslaved and exploited – politically, socially, psychologically, spiritually, sexually, economically and environmentally. The list goes on and on, all to maintain and increase their power in and over the world.

How is the dark interfering and controlling you?

Spend a few moments examining your life, your habits, your addictions, your thoughts and your beliefs. Write down where you could be being controlled. Is it through food, TV, another person, drugs, sex or _________________?

You are so powerful! Your beliefs, emotions, thoughts and behaviors whether conscious or unconscious is what creates your reality. What you put out comes back to you. When you are being manipulated to believe that only bad things are going to happen in your life or that the world is going to end in some catastrophic form, then that is the “energy” that you are putting out and then creating in your life! The dark is using you to create destruction both individual and global. They are literally feeding off your life force and using your power to create what they want!

You can stop the dark.

You can stop them from interfering and controlling you.

That is the good news! Again, my message of hope is that wounds and traumas by “the dark” in any form can be healed, transmuted and balanced through a comprehensive process of utilizing the Cosmic Christ Vibration with powerful spiritual and deep emotional feeling work.

If you reconnect to your Soul and Divine Source you can take your life back from the dark.

If together, we reconnect to our Soul and Divine Source, we can take our planet back from the dark.

When we are in Oneness

with our Soul and Divine Source,

we have greater power

than the dark and they can’t touch us.

It also works at a karmic level. Your actions (past, present and future) DO come back to you. This is the law of karma. What you put out, does come back. Most people must work off their karmic debts by selflessly serving the greater good by reaching out and helping others. This balancing of “bad karma” and generating good karma can take lifetimes when utilizing the linear karmic process of the old paradigm vs. the Cosmic Paradigm Shift. The new paradigm (working non-linearly) balances karma through a process of multi-dimensional, past, present and future simultaneous resolution of mistakes – imbalances – misuses of power – separations. This is so much faster and easier with the potential for generating instantaneous transformation at a cosmic, karmic Soul level depending upon the individual.

The cosmic violet flame is able to transmute, integrate and balance your karma as long as you do the following:

The first step is to truly take responsibility for your wounds and misuses of power (whether as a victim or perpetrator) by taking the right actions to feel, heal and balance the harm you have inflicted upon yourself and on others. Authentically feeling your pain, sorrow, shame, anger and hurt, etc., as the victim. Also, authentically feeling your guilt, shame and pain for harming others as the perpetrator. The crucial key here is to heal your wounds, learn from your mistakes and to no longer harm yourself or others in these ways. That you are truly able to accomplish PERMANENT CHANGE of your unhealthy ways of being into integrated, reconnected Oneness.

The second step is to go deeper into your healing process by authentically facing, feeling, integrating, releasing and healing your distorted beliefs, emotions, thought patterns and behaviors (as a victim or perpetrator) into consistent healthy ways of being (mentally, physically, sexually, emotionally, spiritually and karmically). By creating a permanent and consistent healthy relationship with yourself and a healthy relationship with others all karmic debts can begin to be completely balanced with the cosmic violet flame. However, using the cosmic violet flame will not balance your karma by itself, it is one tool to be used in conjunction with some kind of a holistic healing, feeling process by working with a professional. This combined transformational process is what truly heals your Soul and balances your karma.

No one can do deep, in-depth transformational work on unresolved wounds completely by themselves!

It is much easier to control individuals when they feel “beaten down” and they are in complete survival. You can’t grow and evolve as a Soul if you are terrified, possessed, addicted, starving, homeless, in poverty (financially or in spirit) and sick because your consciousness is completely absorbed in dealing with the demands of your desperate survival (whether you have money or not)! FEAR IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM FOR MOST PEOPLE!

Look how addicted the mass population is to TV, movies and video programs, sports, food, alcohol, drugs, sex, the internet – internet pornography, spending money, gambling, etc.

As far as I am concerned, get rid of your TV and

create your own reality!

These dark interferences create breaks, deep wounds and separation to your Soul and Divine Source. The dark’s hidden agenda is to possess the consciousness of humanity with lies and manipulations to keep people in separation to the TRUTH of their Soul and Divine Source. The dark doesn’t want you to wake up and take your power back by reconnecting to your Soul and Source! It wants to maintain a “power over” system that keeps individual’s basically (in the dark) in a slave mentality – thinking, feeling and acting the way they want you to.

Unresolved wounds of childhood abuse, trauma and violence at any age attracts the dark and hooks them into you (energetically – mentally, physically, sexually, emotionally, spiritually and karmically). The dark feeds off the energy of great fear, pain, despair, rage, hate and destruction. IMPORTANT – To accomplish this magical alchemy with the cosmic violet flame you must begin this process by honestly owning, taking full responsibility and integrating into your heart the painful feelings, unresolved wounds, difficult situations, problems and mistakes you have made that you want to have the cosmic violet flame transform. 1. Find a peaceful place where you will not be disturbed. Sit in a comfortable chair with your back straight, your feet flat on the floor and your arms uncrossed and resting your hands on your upper thighs with your palms up. Take a few deep breaths and center yourself.

2. Say the following decree out loud: “ I deserve to receive and use the cosmic violet flame. It is my birthright as a Sovereign Soul in Oneness with my Divine Source (insert what name feels right for you – Spirit, Goddess, God, etc.). I AM the cosmic violet flame.”

3. Breath deeply and center all your love and devotion in your heart and repeat your decree as many times as you need to. Repeating your decree strengthens its power and draws more cosmic violet flame into your physical body, chakras and auric field. Once you are familiar with your decree, you can close your eyes while giving it and concentrate on visualizing the cosmic violet flame. Personalize your decree in any way that you want to so that it is a true expression of your Soul and your intentions! Have fun with it, be creative and use your imagination to make it REAL for you.

4. Visualize the cosmic violet flame by seeing your physical body completely surrounded (from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet, front and back and all sides) by a beautiful violet, pink, purple and gold colored bonfire. Gold is the energy and color of your Soul connected to your Divine Source. So, you are not only bringing in the cosmic violet flame but also a reconnection to your Soul and Divine Source. These flames enter your body and ignite every cell, organ, your brain and spinal column, blood, bones, skin and hair. All that you are as a physical body is consumed by this loving, soothing, healing and integrative cosmic energy. This energy now enters and completely fills all your chakras. Then, expand the cosmic violet flame to fill your entire auric field, the big bubble that surrounds your physical body. By the time you are done with this, you have created yourself to be a huge ball of cosmic violet flame!

5. See your physical body, chakras and auric field melt into this energy to become one with it. Feel, think, see and believe that the cosmic violet flame is healing and balancing the totality of your Soul – physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually, spiritually and karmically, multi-dimensionally, past, present and future simultaneously!

6. Say out loud, think it, visualize it, feel and integrate into your heart what you want the cosmic violet flame to transmute within yourself and your life. Burn up all the lies you want to erase. Integrate, harmonize and balance any and all polarities of light and dark energies (i.e., love vs. hate, greed vs. unselfish, fear vs. courage) back into Oneness. To do this, visualize and feel both sides of the polarity you want to blend back into wholeness. The cosmic violet flame easily and powerfully erases lies and integrates anything within your consciousness (or unconscious) back into Oneness. Go with the cosmic flow and you will intuitively know how to use the violet flame for your greatest success! You will be surprised how EASY this process is, don’t make it difficult. HOW TO USE THE COSMIC SWORD OF BLUE FLAME

Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground. Close your eyes and take in a few deep breaths to calm and center yourself. This exercise is best done alone and in a quiet space where you will be undisturbed.
With your eyes closed, visualize yourself standing straight and tall with a large sword in both hands that emits a vibrant blue flame. Feel the weight and texture of your sword. How does holding the sword feel to you? Now feel your Cosmic Sword of Blue Flame energetically send into your hands, your entire physical body, chakras and auric field, the power and Oneness you have to your Soul and The Cosmic Divine Source (Goddess, God, Spirit – The Cosmic Christ Vibration).
Breath all your power and Oneness in, how does this feel? You can now easily and effortlessly wield this power to sever the connections to anything or anyone you want to disengage from. Say the following decree out loud:

“I deserve to receive and use the Cosmic Sword of Blue Flame. It is my birthright as a Sovereign Soul in Oneness with _(say your name for Spirit here)_. I AM THE COSMIC SWORD OF BLUE FLAME!”

Breath deeply and center all your power, love and devotion in your heart and repeat your decree as many times as you need to. Repeating your decree strengthens its power and draws more of the energy of the Cosmic Sword of Blue Flame into your physical body, chakras and auric field. Once you are familiar with your decree, you can close your eyes while saying it and concentrate on visualizing.
Visualize one issue at a time floating in front of you; the thoughts, feelings, object, person, addictions or situation that you want to cut the cords on. See the cords that emanate from your physical body, chakras and auric field to “it”. Say out loud, “I use the Sword of Blue Flame to cut my cords of connection to (you fill in the blank). I cut these cords mentally, physically, emotionally, sexually, spiritually, karmically, multi-dimensionally, all my lifetimes past, present and future, simultaneously and instantaneously. The totality of my Soul is free from this (you fill in the blank). ”
You may need to sever the cords of connection to each item many times before you are completely disengaged. Do not give up. This situation may have been a problem for you throughout the totality of all your lifetimes. It will take some effort on your part to permanently disconnect.
The bottom line with this technique is that the more you do this process, the more powerful your results will be. Even a few minutes will achieve degrees of disengagement, but your persistence is required to penetrate deep, ingrained habits, thoughts, feelings, addictions, and relationship connections that you want to permanently sever the cords of connection to. You can also add this technique to whatever prayers and meditations you currently practice.

THE COSMIC SWORD OF BLUE FLAME CAN BE USED IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Sever the energetic cords of connection between your Soul and another person/Soul. When you have sex with someone and a deep emotional bond is created (whether positive or negative), energetic cords emanate from your physical body, chakras (especially the heart and sexual chakra) and auric field to the physical body, chakras and auric field of the other individual. You are literally “energetically hooked into each other”. You are hooked into them and they have energetic cords hooked into you. If the relationship has ended or is “bad” (i.e., abusive or harmful to you in any way) you want to take your life force back by severing the energetic connections with the Cosmic Sword of Blue Flame. This is a powerful tool to be used to disconnect yourself from anyone who has abused you mentally, physically, emotionally, karmically, spiritually and sexually whether as a child, teenager or adult. You do not want the abuser to stay hooked into you and you don’t want to be hooked into them!

This creates a perpetual pattern of re-living the trauma!

You also don’t want the abuser to be feeding off your life force, energetically attacking you and “acting out” a continual pattern of abusing you “at a distance” and you taking on their disturbing beliefs, emotions, thoughts and behavior patterns – Yuck!

This is a form of Soul possession!

Unresolved wounds at any age create separation to your Soul and Divine Source (God, Goddess, Spirit). This separation creates neediness, helplessness and powerlessness. When you are disconnected from the power and essential life force (that feeds your physical body, chakras and auric field) of your Soul and Source, you basically need to feed off the life force of others (i.e., family members, friends, lovers, co-workers, enemies, etc.).

These energetic cords need to be severed so you can authentically be just you. This will also help you to reconnect to your Soul and Source.

Real deep healing can only begin to take place once you disengage. When you have accomplished this, you will be able to authentically feel your own true feelings of pain, fear, anger, sorrow and shame and not someone elses feelings. It will be so much easier and faster to heal and balance only your personal issues instead of everybody elses.

Cut the cords!

Sever the energetic cords of connection from yourself to any negative thoughts, feelings, behavior patterns and addictions that are harmful.

Make a list of all your negative distorted beliefs, emotions, thoughts, behaviors and addictions that you want to cut the cords on. Take them one at a time and see, feel and experience yourself cutting the cords between “it” and your

physical body, chakras and auric field

. You will need to repeat this process as many times as you need to for you to be completely disengaged from each dysfunctional state of consciousness and way of being. Don’t give up, keep doing it. Persistence truly does pay off. Remember, these maybe habitual states of consciousness that you have probably had for all your lifetimes so, it will take some time to completely eliminate them.

The Mirror Technique

From your original list write out the corresponding positive state of consciousness for each negative/distorted one. Reprogram this positive new way of being into your consciousness to replace the old negative form by saying it out loud. Saying positive affirmations out loud while looking into your own eyes in front of a mirror is an extremely powerful and effective way to do this technique. Only say the positive affirmations out loud in front of the mirror and not the negative statements. When you are ready to cut the cords on your negative beliefs do not do this in front of your mirror. Your mirror is only to be used to lovingly look into your eyes and say out loud all your self love and self empowerment affirmations.

Example:
Negative/distorted = “I am stupid and don’t know what I am doing”.

Positive = “I am smart, I can trust myself and I know what I am doing”.

This is a technique to reprogram your inner self talk into healthy, functional and empowered ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

Another great technique to reinforce self empowerment and self love (healthy self talk) is at the end of each day, write down all the great positive things you accomplished. You are focusing on all “the right” that you achieved instead of “the wrong”. Do this exercise daily as it will dramatically improve your inner self talk. Cut the cords on any “wrong” or “negative” thoughts and feelings that come up.

Sever the energetic cords of connection from yourself to “the dark” in any form (i.e., dark extra terrestrials, individuals who practice dark magic, entities, ghosts, poltergeists, psychic, energetic and sexual vampires, dark programs, dark contracts, etc.).The dark assaults and hooks into (unless you are heavily shielded and protected) individuals multi-dimensionally and dumps destructive electromagnetic energy into your physical body, chakras and auric field 24 hours a day. The dark is hooked into many people in a variety of ways and is feeding off their essential life force leaving them possessed, drained, with health problems, addictions, fears and phobias to name a few. The dark is taking the life force of mass humanity (you included) and using all that energy and power to create what they want. Look how addicted the mass population is to TV, movies and video programs, sports teams, food, alcohol, drugs, sex, the internet, pornography, spending money, gambling, etc.

These dark interferences create breaks, deep wounds and separation to your Soul and Divine Source. The dark’s hidden agenda is to possess the consciousness of humanity with lies and manipulations to keep people in separation to the TRUTH of their Soul and The Cosmic Divine Source of all that is. Think about it.

Why doesn’t the dark want you to wake up and take your power back? What would happen if you permanently reconnected to your Soul and Divine Source?

You would have more power than the dark and would be able to completely “kick their butt”, stop them from interfering in your life and transmute them back into Oneness.

The dark wants to maintain a “power over” system that keeps individual’s in a slave mentality (in the dark) – thinking, feeling and acting the way they want you to.

Unresolved wounds of childhood abuse, trauma and violence at any age attracts the dark and hooks them into you (energetically – mentally, physically, sexually, emotionally, karmically and spiritually). The dark feeds off the energy of great fear, pain, despair, rage, hate and destruction. It also mind controls, possesses and manipulates people to feel these emotions constantly, so it has a never ending energetic food supply!

Severing the cords of connection to Karmic debt

Your actions (past, present and future) DO come back to you. This is the law of karma. What you put out energetically in terms of your beliefs, emotions, thoughts and behaviors, does come back. Most people must work off their karmic debts if they have harmed others by selflessly serving the greater good by reaching out and helping others. This balancing of “bad Karma” and generating good karma can take lifetimes when utilizing the linear karmic process of the old paradigm vs. the Cosmic Paradigm Shift. The new paradigm (working non-linearly) balances karma through a process of multi-dimensional, past, present and future simultaneous resolution of mistakes – imbalances – misuses of power – separations. The first step is to truly take responsibility for your wounds and misuses of power (whether as a victim or perpetrator) by taking the right actions to feel, heal and balance the harm you have inflicted upon yourself and on others.
